Every month we premiere new programs, and in our offer of contents you will be able to enjoy flamenco dance, guitar and singing shows, classes of great masters of dance and guitar, and even flamenco fashion shows, recorded in festivals, theaters, peñas, tablaos, and other singular locations of the Spanish geography. Where, When and How can I watch ALL FLAMENCO?
Anywhere you go you can enjoy ALL FLAMENCO through our apps for Android and iOS and on our website.
At the end of each video our recommendation engine will automatically play another one related to the previous one and those you have previously watched or rated. This will allow you to experience something like a tailor-made television channel from this auto-playlist. The more you use the app, better recommendations will be made to you. This feature is only available in subscription mode.

How much does ALL FLAMENCO cost?

How can I redeem a coupon code?
It is as simple as visiting app.allflamenco.net, signing up or logging in, choosing the subscription plan associated with your coupon code and inserting into the field provided along with your payment details.
How secure are my payment details?
Your payment details will never be stored on our servers. They will be transferred directly, securely and encrypted to the renowned international payment gateway STRIPE which meets and guarantees the highest security standards, and which handle the communication with your bank. Your payment details will be safe, and the use of this gateway does not entail any cost for you.
Is registering the same as subscribing?
No, it is independent. Registration does not imply that you have to pay anything or make any kind of commitment. First you register or sign up as a user, which will allow you to enjoy our Free Content section. You can then choose a subscription plan that will allow you to play all ALL FLAMENCO content.
How do I register on your website?
Log in to our website and select LOGIN from the top menu. This will take you to the registration or login menu. There you can register, if this is your first visit, or log in, if you have already registered and have a username and password. Enter your name, e-mail address and a password. Then check your email inbox and confirm it by clicking on the CONFIRM button that you will see in the message you will have received. We will then be able to verify that you are using a valid username so that we can recover your password if necessary.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We will be sad to see you leave but if you wish, you can interrupt the renewal of your subscription at any time, and at the end of the last billing period, your subscription will be discontinued, and no further charges will be made. We would like to think it’s just a see you later. You may do this by going to My Account/Purchases. If you signed up from the Android or iOS apps, you can only cancel from your own account at the respective app stores. You must go to your account on your mobile app store and enter Subscriptions section.
How do I change my subscription plan?
If you want to upgrade your service, that’s very encouraging because it indicates that you like what we have to offer. To change your plan go to the My Account section of our website and within Purchases, simply cancel your current subscription and sign up for the new plan you want. If you signed up from your iOS app, you must do it by accessing your AppStore account and going to the Subscriptions section.
Whether the video stops or you can't play it
Please check your wifi or mobile data connection and make sure you have sufficient coverage or bandwidth. Our service does not play well if your connection speed is below 20Mb/s. If you confirm that you have sufficient signal quality, then try restarting your wifi device. These problems are often resolved this way. Also check if you experience problems with other videostreaming services. In this case, contact your Internet service provider. If you are still experiencing problems, you can contact us at subscribers@allflamenco.net and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm (CES).
How can I modify my username and password?
You can change your password anytime you need it by clicking on My Account from the top bar and then on My Account. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your username, since it is associated to your registered email account.
How watch ALL FLAMENCO on Prime Video
ALL FLAMENCO is available through Prime Video Spain as a channel. You can only subscribe and cancel through Prime Video. This subscription is independent of the subscription you make through our website or mobile app.
