The group EA!, pioneer of flamenco mestizaje, celebrates three decades of career with the release of Cantando Caminos, an album that revives their greatest hits with a renewed sound. The reunion with their audience will be on April 12 at the Sala Clamores in Madrid. In April, ALL FLAMENCO joins the celebration with the broadcasting of the documentary VIDAJE.
Back. To sing. To walk. Three verbs that define the spirit of EA! in this 2025, when the group celebrates 30 years on stage with a reunion full of emotion. Their new album, Cantando Caminos, is not just a compilation: it is a love letter to their fans, a sonic journey that updates their legacy with a brilliant production by Colin Preston.
EA! returns to the stage with a historic line-up: Pilar “La Mónica” and Juan José Madrera reunite with Nacho Vallejo, Carlos Rey and Paco Núñez to revive songs that marked an era such as “La Vida”, “Furia” or “Apátrida”. The starting point of this tour is Madrid, at the emblematic Sala Clamores, on April 12.
“EA! gives its precious craftsmanship, with the greatness of the music that unites the ancestral and the contemporary” – Nacho Sáez de Tejada
“To brighten up dark days or brighten up happy days, rediscover the simplicity, the freshness of music and savor good songs”.
Thirty years are not few. EA! was born in the Alpujarras in 1992, but their paths have crossed borders: Iraq, Venezuela, Ecuador, Japan? Their music has been a bridge between cultures, genres and generations. From the soundtrack of Isaki Lacuesta’s La Leyenda del Tiempo, to sharing the stage with artists of all colors, EA! has left its mark in the history of flamenco fusion.
And for those who want to know more about this story, ALL FLAMENCO will broadcast during the month of April the documentary VIDAJE, an intimate portrait of the group that allows us to understand why EA! continues to beat so strongly.
More than a return, this is a celebration of life, of the roads traveled and those yet to be traveled.
