On this occasion, the festival will showcase 13 performances for the first time.<\/p>\n<p>Among the artists who will perform at this year&#8217;s edition are leading dancers such as <strong>Mar\u00eda Pag\u00e9s,<\/strong> <strong>Israel Galv\u00e1n, Patricia Guerrero, Rafaela Carrasco, Olga Pericet and Marco Flores,<\/strong> among other greats.<\/p>\n<p>The singing will be performed by emblematic figures. <strong>For example, by Esperanza Fern\u00e1ndez, Vicente Soto, Pepe de Pura, Londro, Perrate<\/strong> or <strong>La Macanita.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>On the guitar, a magical moment will be experienced due to the celebration of the 45th anniversary of the Jerez-born guitarist <strong>Gerardo N\u00fa\u00f1ez<\/strong> on stage. <strong>Jos\u00e9 Luis Mont\u00f3n, Trio Arj\u00e9 &amp; Canit<\/strong> and <strong>Manuel Valencia<\/strong> are scheduled to perform. <\/p>\n<p>In addition to these actions, there is a wide range of 40 <strong>courses and workshops<\/strong>, with an 81% occupancy rate for the almost 1,000 places on offer. In addition, among the complementary activities, a <strong>tribute<\/strong> to the figure of the recently deceased photographer <strong>Javier Fergo<\/strong> is being organised, through an exhibition of his work related to the event.<\/p>\n<h2>The most flamenco year?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Arturo Bernal<\/strong>, Minister of <strong>Tourism, Culture and Sport<\/strong> of the <strong>Junta de Andaluc\u00eda<\/strong>, has been at the official presentation of this XXVII Festival de Jerez 2023 and has commented that we are in &#8220;the year of culture, but, above all, of flamenco&#8221;. This refers to the adoption of the <strong>Flamenco Law<\/strong> by the regional government. With regard to the coming budgets, he said that more than 5 million euros will be allocated to the <strong>Flamenco Museum,<\/strong> which will be based in Jerez.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image
